Roger - work experience was taken into account for promotions. Although I did not hold an accounting degree, I became assistant manager of the accounting department.
I've been fortunate to have a few great ones. One especially took it upon herself to promote me and raise my salary accordingly.
An office manager who was always available to train, teach and assist.
My last boss was one of my favorite bosses. He never acted like he was better than the girls in the office and always treated us fairly and respected us.
Myself! As a self-employed individual, I've always liked being my own boss and I think I'd struggle with not being the boss!
My best boss became my best friend.

My best boss was a principal named Mike. He was loved by everyone...the students, the parents and the staff. He treated everyone with respect and kindness. He was fair and respectful. I miss him a great deal and learned a lot from Mike!
