My rescue dog Babka is extremely smart, energetic, and can walk as if she is on a marathon. Tireless and an enormous amount of stamina and energy. She is agile, nimble and jumps like a panther. Light as a feather, 14 pounds and affectionate and special. I wonder if I can continue to keep up with her since I am 75 in a week.
When my kids were young we had a bunny, she was really smart. One time I was sitting on the floor with a can of coke and I left the room for a few minutes and when I came back my bunny was trying to drink out of the straw. At Christmas when I handed out gifts my kids would put them in a pile. I had some gifts for our bunny Truffy and she would do the same thing. lol
I had a cat named Spooky when I was a child. She was the best cat! The funniest thing she did was eat cheese from my mouth. I'd put a piece of cheese between my lips and she'd paw it a couple of times, then ever so gently take it from my mouth. She loved cheese!
My sibs and I wanted a dog. What my mother brought home (after great expense) was a miniature Schnauzer she named Cuddles. Once this ball of silver fur was large enough to play with I taught her how to bite my kid brother on the ankle when he annoyed me. Of course as the eldest I also got the chore of walking her in any weather, both night and day.
At a party at my sister's house, the 3 year old daughter of a friend discovered that our husky Rusty would shake a paw when requested. She kept asking Rusty to shake a paw for thirty minutes - Rusty did it one last time before exiting the room and hiding.
My aunt's dog came home with a package of chicken. Apparently he stole it from the neighbor's vehicle.
My cat, Hamilton, is quite a character. I was sitting on the bed and when I bent over to put on my socks, he climbed on my back and laid there until I stood up.
There are a lot of dogs in our street. They are all quiet until someone walks on by. Then they all howl and bark like crazy. It's actually very funny and the best alarm system ever.
My friends and I were walking her dog Ace around the neighborhood when he unfortunately has explosive diarrhea on a neighbor’s freshly moved lawn.

We had pizza late one night and I did not clean up the table after eating- the next morning I found 2 pieces of pizza crust in the bathroom floor where my cats had taken them from the table to eat as their late night snack ~!
