They all look great. I would probably go with The Light of Paris would be the one I look forward to reading next. I love books set in places that I dream of going to. I already read Santorini Sunsets (through NetGalley) and loved it.

The Light of Paris interests me the most. I love books about Paris and I love to visit Paris - both in books and in real life.
Valley of the Moon is really good. I just finished the ARC. I rally want to read The Light of Paris and The Book That Matters Most. I, also, read the ARC of Luck, Love and Lemon Pie. That was a good one, too.
